Maliban Biscuits 70th Anniversary – ‘Rasa Siththam’ Art Competition

These Terms and Conditions relate to the “Maliban Biscuits 70th Anniversary – ‘Rasa Siththam’ Art Competition.

• • Promoter
    The Promoter is Maliban Biscuit Manufactories (Pvt) Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Sri Lankan Companies Act, No. 07 of 2007 and having its registered office at “389, Galle road, Ratmalana”.
  • Eligibility
    The competition is open to Sri Lankan citizens aged 12 years and under. Participants should be able to provide proof of age if requested.
  • Submission Period
    All entries submitted from 01st October till 31st December 2024 (inclusive of both days will be eligible for the competition.)
  • Art Mediums
    Participants may use the following mediums: crayons, coloured pencils, markers, watercolours, and poster paints. Digitally generated painting / artwork will not be accepted.

• Platforms for Campaign
  This competition is promoted across multiple platforms including Print, TV, Radio, Website, and Social Media Platforms (Meta, Facebook, Instagram).

• How to Submit
  Participants can submit their artwork through one of the following methods:
• Mail: Send your entry to P.O.Box 389, Galle Road, Ratmalana, Sri Lanka
• Website: Upload a high-quality scan or photo to www.malibanrasasiththam.com
• WhatsApp: Submit via WhatsApp to 072 441 0077
• QR Code: Scan the QR code on the competition ad to upload your submission.
• Maliban Activation Team: Hand over your artwork to the Maliban team during designated school visits.
• Consent
  By participating in this competition, you consent to your artwork being displayed across various platforms including static and outdoor LED screens, social media platforms, and any other promotional channels deemed suitable by Maliban for this competition.
• General Terms
• Maliban reserves the right to use any submitted artwork for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation to the participant.
• Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
• Maliban reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
